EMERGING ISSUES

Identity Clark County maintains an Emerging Issues reserve which enables it to address opportunities that arise that may not otherwise have been a part of our "normal" annual work plan. Guiding principles for evaluating/adopting those opportunities are:

Can ICC make a difference?
Does the project advance ICC's mission?
Does the project provide downstream impact?
Does the project represent community/investor identified need?
